1 Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ek22 platform and its users. By accessing the ek22 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to each clause of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on ek22, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ek22 may request documents to verify your identity when necessary, such as a national ID or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, notify ek22 immediately. The account holder bears primary responsibility for all activity carried out through the account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on ek22 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposited funds may only be used within the account from which the transaction was made.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though identity verification or other security checks may extend this time.

4.3 Transaction Security

ek22 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions secure. Transactions through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — under no circumstances may deposits or withdrawals be made using another person's account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ek22 offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus must be used within a specified time period.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed by creating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred in cash or in any other form.
• ek22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found on any account, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules & Operating Policy

The ek22 platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting to play. In the event of any technical error, the result of that round will be considered void.

6.1 Fair Play Assurance

ek22 ensures that all games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No user or third party can control or manipulate this process.

6.2 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a platform issue occurs during a game session, an attempt will be made to save the state of that session. However, in some circumstances ek22 reserves the right to void partial or complete game results.

• Any form of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

ek22's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual balance in the relevant user's account.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by ek22

ek22 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account, particularly when:

• A breach of these Terms occurs.
• There is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• A user's information is found to be false or misleading.
• There is a directive from a legal or regulatory authority.

10.2 Closure by the User
